Frank is a HR practitioner, administrator, public speaker, leadership strategist, business analyst and a trainer of trainers at German Nigeria DVT Scheme, Nigeria. He is also an Associate Member of Institute of Registered Administrative Managers of Nigeria.

He has over 20 years’ experience in business management ,general administration, talent management, marketing/business development, research and development and relationship management. He has attended several trainings including Leadership Development classes under Dr Myles Munroe and Prof John Adair of the United Nations.

He has been recognized and hosted as an emerging leader by the British Council Nigeria and the British High Commissioner to Nigeria. Frank contributes articles and opinions on leadership development issues to major newspapers in the country, radio and TV stations including the BBC. He is an active executive member of GOTNI, Abuja branch. He is also a consultant for Abuja Enterprise Agency and President, Youthful and Useful International, Nigeria.
